With the new postal legislation in place, Swiss Post can modernise its structures and take advantage of greater entrepreneurial freedom. The three strategic subsidiaries, PostBus Switzerland Ltd, Post CH Ltd and PostFinance Ltd will operate under the umbrella of the parent company Swiss Post Ltd.
