Template business reply item – national

Here you will find print templates for the response components of the business reply item. The templates are designed according to currently valid postal requirements. We do not recommend changing the default margin dimensions, sizes or imprints.

To make sure nothing goes wrong, you can submit a sample to your post office for checking prior to printing or obtain an "OK to print" online.

If your letter is smaller than 140 x 90 mm, it will be classed as a special item.
