Things to note

Certain conditions must be met to ensure that your Dispomail orders can be processed correctly. The most important requirements at a glance:

Basic requirements

Recipients must have a P.O. box in order to receive Dispomail items. Consignments must be packaged in such a way that they can be processed as letter mail.

Labelling

Dispomail items must have a Dispomail sticker.

To enable electronic tracking (Track & Trace), a barcode must be affixed. Barcode labels can be ordered online at My Post Business.

"Dispomail Easy" from 1 June 2011: automatic billing of the postage price using the barcode label.
