Delivery of court documents

Swiss Post delivers summonses, fines, court decisions, court orders and judgments reliably and promptly.

Court documents are currently available in three versions: new court documents, online court documents and old court documents.

  • Confirmation of receipt returned physically or electronically
  • Consignment tracking with Track & Trace
  • Optional DataTransfer or "Track consignments" web service
  • Optional combination with the additional personal delivery (RMP) service
  • Optional combination with Swiss-Express Moon
  • Optional combination with delivery instruction "2nd delivery on the following Saturday"
  • Available for domestic mail only

Swiss Post’s delivery of court documents (GU) is legally binding. Proof of delivery is provided. For the Court Document Online service, Swiss Post guarantees the exchange of data without any media discontinuity.

 Swiss Post‘s handling of this mailing type is 100% carbon neutral.
