As of 1 April 2011, you can send new and online court documents with the Swiss-Express Moon service.

Mailing

Most post offices accept court documents with Swiss-Express Moon until shortly before the counters close. At some post offices, you can also hand in items on Sundays. Please enquire at your post office about current mailing times.

Delivery deadline

Swiss Post guarantees delivery of Swiss-Express Moon items by 9 a.m. the following day for the whole of Switzerland (except for Samnaun) and the Principality of Liechtenstein. This includes Saturdays.

Simple dispatch preparation

Send new or online court documents with an additional Swiss-Express Moon product barcode.

After successful delivery, we will transfer the confirmation of receipt to you physically (new court documents) or electronically (online court documents).

The Swiss-Express Moon service can be combined with the personal delivery (RMP) option.
