Dispatch preparation

You can use envelopes with or without windows for the new court documents and design them individually. Envelopes no longer need to be a particular colour.

The confirmation of receipt is no longer part of the envelope. Instead, it is generated by Swiss Post on the basis of the consignment data.  

You may have previously added information for recipients to the confirmation of receipt. With the new court documents, you can add information to the envelope or position it in the address window. Please contact your customer advisor if you have any questions about mailing design.

Barcode and delivery note 22

The new court documents have their own barcodes. You can obtain these free of charge from My Post Business. Items are delivered with delivery note 22. This contains all the relevant information required for creating and delivering a confirmation of receipt. Delivery note 22 can be ordered from the DocuCenter or downloaded as a PDF.

Confirmation of receipt

A confirmation of receipt is printed by Swiss Post following successful delivery and sent to you by registered mail (R), usually on the next but one working day. The confirmation of receipt is also available on Track & Trace Business as a download.
