Conditions for court documents

Certain conditions must be met to ensure that your court documents can be delivered correctly. The most important requirements at a glance:

Basic conditions

Court documents can only be sent by court authorities. It is not possible to deliver court documents to poste restante addresses or to addresses outside Switzerland.

Processing online court documents

To implement the Court Document Online service and connect to Swiss Post, please contact your software partner. Your customer advisor will be happy to help you with the registration and any questions you may have.

Franking

To frank new court documents, you can use the IFS, the Swiss Post franking service or PP.

Old court documents can be mailed at post office counters and with stamps franked.
