Country codes ISO

Adding the country abbreviations (ISO code or vehicle ID) before the postcode of the destination is not recommended for letters mailed from Switzerland abroad as this may result in processing delays.

It is sufficient to write the country name on the last line in either French or English. For countries bordering Switzerland, you may also indicate the country name in the respective national language.

For URGENT items and PostPac International Priority and Economy, the ISO code should still be added to the waybill.
