We will take over any facility services and business support tasks that you do not want to have to deal with every day.

We will analyse the respective processes and the requirements of the specialist units and end customers. Next, we will define service level agreements and implement the concept. In this way, all facility services can be reported measurably and with cost transparency. Our facility management service includes the following:

  • Reception services
  • Copy & print service including consulting, packaging and mailing
  • Paper and toner management

  • Carrier management (3rd party supplier handling & recharge)
  • Meeting room management
  • Goods handling and minor transports

We will either take over your employees and give them specific training or introduce our trained staff. You do therefore not have to deal with recruitment.
