Would you, as a business customer, like to avoid having to make a trip to the post office and thus save time? Upon request we will collect all your postal items (letters, parcels, express and international items) directly from you.

Collections may be made on a regular basis or ordered as required. PostPac Priority items can be collected later than the last drop-off times at the counter. Reduce your work load and focus on your core business.

You can choose between various forms of collection on the following pages. Place your collection orders online or by phone.

  •  Regular collection
    The regular collection is always made on the same weekday(s), at least once a week and within the same time window.
  •  On demand
    The collection on demand service is for a one-off collection of a large volume of mail in a time window of your choice.
  •  Domicile collection
    Collection of up to five parcels per day and address, as part of the delivery round.
