With notification services, Swiss Post offers you the possibility of informing your recipient customers of the processing status of a consignment. Would you also like to be informed of the delivery status of consignments that have been mailed? This is also possible, thanks to Swiss Post's notification services.

Notification services are available as e-services for parcels, express and VinoLog consignments. Swiss Post offers you five cost-effective notification services. All have the advantage that Swiss Post will inform you or your customers of any change in status by e-mail or text message.
