The special delivery of legal documents is a service available from Swiss Post for debt enforcement offices and the courts. It takes account of the legal requirements for the delivery of debt collection and court documents.

Your aim

You want to better reach the recipients of legal documents who are not at home during the morning delivery round and do not collect the documents from the post office counter. Without any additional administrative effort and unavailable resources.

Our solution

After the first unsuccessful regular delivery attempt and the expiry of the seven-day collection period at the post office counter, our courier service delivers your documents to the recipient’s domicile.

Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. 5 to 8 p.m.
Saturday 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. 7 to 11 a.m.

Price: CHF 25.30 per document (excl. VAT).
