Your customer advisor or Parcel Quality Competence Center will be pleased to advise you on how to correctly address and package parcels and can provide recommendations free of charge.
The brochure entitled «Verpacken und Adressieren» (available in German, French and Italian) also lists the specifications for automatically processable parcels.
In the event of deviations from these conditions, Swiss Post may add a surcharge for additional processing. For customers who have signed an «Agreement for postal services» the surcharge is included as an integral part of the agreement.
