A look at letter processing at Swiss PostLetter processing at Swiss Post is the responsibility of the PostMail unit. 19,000 employees work round the clock to ensure that 15 million items a day make it from A to B.
Letter processing is part of Swiss Post's core business. PostMail is responsible for accepting, sorting and delivering letters, newspapers and promotional material. Utilizing the latest infrastructure and advanced procedures, our staff meticulously process letters and ensure that every item entrusted to us is delivered promptly.
Satisfied customers and motivated employees
For many years we have been achieving the highest standards of punctuality in the delivery of postal items, and we intend to keep it that way. What is more, it should be easy for our customers to do business with Swiss Post. This is why we take such careful note of our customers' requirements and of changes in the market.
