One signature, multiple authorized agents

With a single authorization you can entitle one or multiple people of trust to collect scheduled consignments at the counter. The authorized person legally confirms receiving the consignment by providing a signature.

If you don't have the time during the day to pick up a scheduled consignment yourself, you can be represented at the post office by one or several other people. For Family members with the same surname, there is no need for reciprocal authorization. Alternatives to authorizations are «second delivery», «forwarding/redirection», an extension of the collection period or a notarized power of attorney. An additional free-of-charge option will be available from the second half of 2013. This option is especially intended for the occasional use of third-party authorizations to collect scheduled consignments.

All prices include VAT

The price is for each authorization and is paid respectively for twelve months in advance. The authorization is extended automatically by twelve months unless it is previously deleted.
